Drake Corbin

Drake Corbin (Associate) is a Jackson County native taking pride in being a general practitioner primarily practicing probate law, comprehensive estate planning, business law, and civil litigation.

After receiving an undergraduate degree in history from Dartmouth College and a law degree from the University of Georgia, he was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2020 but spent time during and after law school clerking for Strickland & Lindsay in Winder handling probate and real estate issues. Providing legal assistance to the community that helped raise him, he began practicing as the Law Office of M. Drake Corbin, in his hometown of Hoschton before joining Weinstein & Black.

His primary mission is to translate your aspiration into the legal instruments necessary to achieve those objectives. Helping clients with their transactional needs, facing the challenges of properly organizing a small business, and planning for the future is a primary concern. He has also seen first-hand how important proper planning is for the administration of estates and transacting business.

Drake resides in Jefferson with his lovely wife Tiffany and their dog, Buddy. When he is not in the office or at court, you can find him in the gym or in the kitchen baking desserts.
